Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA’s Pet of the Week: Dottie

South San Francisco, CA   December 27, 2018 Submitted by Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA

Dottie may be missing all her teeth, but that doesn’t stop her from smiling.   This teeny tiny eight year old spayed female Chihuahua is hoping to land in a quiet and relaxed home where she can enjoy her golden years curled up on the sofa binge watching cooking shows.  Dottie is friendly and sweet, but can become overwhelmed by too much activity. She needs to go to an adult only home and would do best as the only animal.  Seeking a gentle dog who enjoys the simple things in life?  Ask for Dottie ID# A848879.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption. For directions and information, call 650-340-7022 or visit www.phs-spca.org.
