Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA’s Pet of the Week: Claire

South San Francisco, CA   June 13, 2019 Submitted by Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA

We’re not going to mince words.  Claire is a diva with a capital D and we’re hoping to find that special someone who likes a cat with extra purrsonality.  Claire is a stunning 4-year-old spayed female white and orange domestic short hair with piercing amber eyes.  She likes to be brushed, absolutely loves treats and enjoys having a hoard of toys for her amusement.  What Claire doesn’t like is other cats or dogs, so she’ll need to go to a home without any other pets or small children. She’s discerning, but once someone earns her trust, she’ll grant them the honor of her attention.  As we said, Claire is a diva, but once you pass her test, she’ll be loyal for life.  Are you up to accepting the challenge of a Prima Donna cat?  Ask for Claire ID# A577033.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption. For directions and information, call 650-340-7022 or visit www.phs-spca.org.
