Cheerful, bright, animated, joyful, and upbeat are just a few words to describe Timothy. This spirited three year old that has the energy levels of a puppy would enjoy an environment filled with people willing to give him time and attention, and have the patience to work with his abundance of energy. He is a small white Maltese mix weighing just about twelve pounds and his description as a “cute ball of fluff” might be the most precise and accurate portrayal one can think of.
