On 07/19/19 at approximately 0829 hours, a vehicle versus bicycle collision occurred on San Mateo Avenue at Lowrie Avenue. The bicyclist sustained major non life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and was cooperative throughout the investigation. Drug and/or alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the collision.
