With all the outreach regarding potential PGE proactive shutdowns, there has been a lot of debates on both sides – too proactive, or not enough?
It is a somber thought to remember is was only 2 short years ago our north bay neighbors in Santa Rosa were devastated by that massive wind/ fire storm, something to keep in mind.
