Trivia TEAM ESC Winners Announced: Tom Carney, Heidi Beck, Valeria Rodriquez

South San Francisco, CA   November 10, 2019

Huge thanks to everyone who joined our GAME ON Contest for the upcoming Trivia Challenge this Friday evening at the South San Francisco Conference Center. We are excited to announce our winners who were randomly chosen: Tom Carney, Heidi Beck, and Valeria Rodriquez. Please contact us below, or email News@EverythingSouthCity.com so we can give you the details.

Everything South City is proud to sponsor a team again this year for this annual fundraiser benefiting Project Read of Northern San Mateo County. This organization does tremendous work in our City, and neighboring Cities, and is highly commended for those who would like to learn to read and write, or improve their skills. Further, they offer Financial Literacy Programs, and also help our little ones gain a life long love to reading, opening doors for them to a world beyond their imagination, through their Learning Wheels.

The Trivia contest is one of the main fundraisers and is great fun. If you have not attended one in the past, be sure to check out their website for more information. CLICK HERE

Our Mission

Assisting adults to read better helps their families and our communities. Project Read helps low literacy and low income adults to reach their literacy and financial goals.

“It makes me feel good working with my tutor. I have the power to improve myself, and I will.” – Anonymous Learner

“If you study, you will learn. This is my motto.” – Halima Laraj, Adult Learner

“All of a sudden I realized that I had understood the email from a friend with a quick first-time read. It occurred to me how much I had improved.” – Anonymous Learner
