San Mateo County Fair Announces March Madness: $5 Admission Tickets on Sale Now!

San Mateo, CA:  In March, fans can score the biggest discount of the season on San Mateo County Fair admission tickets.

 

For every age (adults, seniors and juniors) San Mateo County Fair admission tickets are discounted to $5 during March Madness—March 16 through March 31. The $5 price is over 65% off the fair time adult admission price of $15, as well as deeply discounted senior and junior admission

 

Also on sale are unlimited ride wristbands, discounted to just $28 and good any day of the Fair’s 9-day run. The Fair’s March Madness discounts can be purchased online at sanmateocountyfair.com or in person at the San Mateo County Event Center, 2495 S. Delaware (weekday business hours).

 

Some acts for the Fair’s main stage concert series have already been announced. Concerts are free with Fair admission. For concert lovers who prefer reserved seats, Gold Circle tickets range from $40 to $70 in advance (all ages), depending on the concert. Gold Circle tickets include reserved seats at the nightly concerts plus admission to the Fair. Those who prefer to forgo the reserved-seating benefits of Gold Circle admission are invited to attend the concert for free, on an open-seating, space-available basis.

 

Season passes also go on sale March 16 and will only be available on a pre-sale basis. Season passes will be sold through May 30 only. Season passes, good for all nine days of the fair, are $45 for adults ($135 value), $30 for juniors (age 6-12) ($90 value), and $30 for seniors (age 62+) ($72 value).

 

Fair time (not discounted) prices will be: $15 adult; $10 junior (age 6-12); $8 senior (62+); kids 5 and under are free. Active military with ID is free; inactive military with ID, $5. Unlimited ride wristbands purchased during the fair will be $30 (Monday through Thursday) and $35 (Friday through Sunday). Gold Circle admission purchased during the fair will be $45 to $75, depending on the concert.

The 2020 main stage concert series announced to date includes En Vogue (June 13), Petty & the Heartshakers (June 16), and The Whispers (June 18).

The San Mateo Fair is not happening this year per a previous post!

are they really planning on having the
fair this year? sure doesn’t fall.within
the governers’s critetia?, especially
with the sick living on the fairgrounds,
and one of the halls made into.an
emergency overflow hospital, are we
living on the same planet?
