We are excited to say “We’re Back”, and ready to resume online operations. Those are words we have been waiting and hoping to say sooner rather than later, and while this is music to your ears and ours, business will be a little different as we move forward.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees is our top priority, and we have taken the past few weeks of non-operation to review and change how we make, pack and distribute our candy. We have fewer people in every area to maintain social distancing and are retraining employees on protocols and procedures. Quality Without Compromise is our guiding principle, and as we make changes to our business processes that will always be top of mind.
For our shops, there are select locations offering a contact free pick up only service. You can click here to see if there is one near you. Orders are placed over the phone and picked up in a designated area, outside of the shop, with the same exuberance and care you expect, but with a little more distance and masks that cover our smiling faces.
As we start up, our online shop may have limited availability of select candy, and it may take us a little longer to pack and ship your orders, but it will all be done with the same care and standards you expect from See’s.
While this has been the longest period See’s Candies has ever been closed, this time was used to determine the best way for us to continue to serve you, our customer, the freshest, best candy in the world. We are excited to welcome you back, and hope you find some of your favorites so you can enjoy a little piece of happiness
