Why vote for Chef Ava?
because i am a award winning contest home baker and cook born with autism and a inspirational story to all.
What is your signature bake?
My signature bake is anything from cookies, cupcakes, brownies and cheesecake.
How long have you been baking?
ever since the age of 13 for friends and family I got into competition baking at the age of 21 won best in show at the san mateo county fair in 2010 and met another food blogger Rebecka Evans who’s also a competition cook she said you can take your cooking and baking skills to the next level so i trusted her and did enter the challenge butter real butter real flavor recipe contest and 2017 won a golden ticket to compete in 2018 wfc.
What is your best baking secret?
My best baking secret. Follow the recipe because baking is science cooking isn’t. You can add 1 or 2 flavors into baking i would be careful with baking and thats what great bakers do.
With YOUR vote and encouraging others to vote, what is it Chef Ava might win?
Chef Ava Romero would receive worldwide recognition as The Greatest Baker of 2020, a feature in Bake from Scratch Magazine, a year’s supply of Stuffed Puffs, and $10,000!!
