The Basque Cultural Center to Host Traditional Cider and White Wine Meal November 15th: 2 seatings

On Sunday, November 15th come celebrate fall at the BCC with our Basque Cider and Txakolin event with a menu that will take you back to Euskal Herria.

There will be two seating the first at 1:00 pm and the second at 5:00pm. We will dine in our newly renovated Kantxa, with a 100 person limit at each sitting.

RSVPs are needed by November 6th. No diners will be allowed without an RSVP. Please list all members of your party upon reservation and specify which seating you prefer. Diners will be seated at tables of 6, with 6 feet of distance between tables. We will do our best to accommodate families so that they are seated together.

The price of the meal is $35 per person ($15 for children 12 and under). Please RSVP to Yvette Mindeguia by email at [email protected]. No reservations will be accepted after November 6th.

COVID-19 Ten Commandments :  Protocol for member gatherings
1.Participants must RSVP in advance by party:  absolutely no walk ups will be accepted. These group reservations will allow us to properly assign seating and are necessary for contact tracing.
2.Temperatures will be taken upon arrival to the BCC. Those with high temperatures will be turned away.
3.Masks must be worn at all times, unless you are eating or drinking at your table.
4.Social distancing while standing is allowed as long as you are wearing a mask. This applies both indoor and outdoor.
5.There will be no eating or drinking allowed while standing. All eating and drinking must occur at your table.
6.Tables will be assigned by groups of 6 diners and will be 6 feet apart. We will accommodate families as best we can.
7.There will be no socializing from one table to the other.
8.If you have any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
9.  If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of a BCC event (including Sunday Lunch), please let us know so we can help with contact tracing.
10.If you feel that you cannot adhere to these guidelines, please do not attend the event. These guidelines are in place to keep you and those around you as safe as possible.
