SSFPD Media Release: Attempted Robbery on the 500 Block of Grand Avenue

On 11/12/2020 at approximately 8:40 p.m., a South San Francisco resident was walking west on the 500 block of Grand Avneue when unknown male confronted him and demanded his money. The victim began screaming for help and the suspect fled the area on foot westbound on Grand Avenue. The victim was not injured and there was no loss of property.

 

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 25 years-old, 5’08” tall and 180 pounds. S1 was wearing a black bandana that covered the lower portion of his face, a black hooded jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
