How Can You Chose the Right Home Care Provider?
In today’s world with shelter in place restrictions, many of our seniors are alone, no longer able to participate in social activities that kept them engaged in life, that human connection that is so important to us all. Valid concerns of being exposed to COVID19 keep loved ones away, making our seniors and those home bound feeling even more isolated. Human connection is vital to us all……
We realize that no matter how much experience or how much training a home Care Provider might have, if the relationship is not the right fit, it just won’t work. It has also been our experience that if the amount of time spent between client and caretaker is not optimal, it may not work either.
In order to make a Care Provider effective we realize some of the most important things are TIME, PATIENCE, AND CONSISTENCY, in addition to technical skills and training.
Think of it as a relationship. You are going to spend a lot of time with that person so it is imperative that you get to know them, and they get to know you. There is no way we can feel comfortable with a stranger, no matter how many certificates they may have.

Any Non-medical Home Care Services from cooking their favorite food, making their bed, helping with their shower, and toileting, among others. Looking always to keep them as independent as possible. - Holistic Care

At Chajinel, WE BELIEVE IN SUPERVISION. Most Home Care Agencies just send their personnel to patient’s homes without follow up visits in order to ensure client’s satisfaction and right treatment course. On the other hand, at Chajinel, we send our personnel and we do our first visit within 48 hours. Subsequent visits are scheduled depending on each case, but we do at least one visit every 2 weeks. - Palliative Home Care
