Everything South City Eats And Cooks Is Back After A Week Hiatus –

And Has A Restaurant Review Of The Month —And Drum Roll Please

Hashes and Brews in the Bay Hill Shopping Center, located at 811 Cherry Avenue San Bruno California.

But first I must be honest –  I am recovering from a leg and knee injury from two months ago, it happened while on my way walking to the Colma Target from West Winston Manor, in the mud, on a rainy day. I know.

I had my x-rays done and they recommended physical therapy. I went and it went very well and those exercises really helped me reach my goals –  to be able to go back what I love!  This November I will be in a competition and I’m not giving up –  it is not the time to do that. I am a force to be a fighter and I am a fierce competitor and individual and will not let injuries and COVID get in my way. If we stay 6 feet apart and social distance and wash hands It’s going to be ok.

Now let’s get to the food which gets me in the happy mood.

I went to Hashes and Brews with my parents and my Mom had a Chicken Apple Sausage Omelet and my Dad had a Sourdough Patty Melt. But the star of the show is their Hashes and I highly recommend trying their Philly Hash over Easy Eggs and Pillows Biscuits. I must tell you it’s that good and I highly recommend trying their Hashes and they have a wide variety of cocktail selections.

This place is not too far from South San Francisco and it’s near Tanforan and YouTube headquarters area and you’ll love the food and the experience.
