For over 35 years, this family-owned favorite, Dominic’s, has had a big place in our community and in our hearts, and well, of course, in our tummies, so when the quarantine hit last year, there was a big void for most of us. With restrictions lifting some of our local places have shifted into other modes of serving their wares from outdoor dining, to pop-up events, curbside pickup, and as Dominic’s has done, add food trucks.
While Dominic’s local ‘home’ has been the Oyster Point Yacht Club and the South San Francisco Conference Center, the addition of their food truck offers them the flexibility to be at different locations at different times, PLUS every other Friday they offer a truly amazing dinner with curbside pickup at 121 South Maple Ave and on APRIL 9th they are offering their FAMOUS PRIME RIB – see below for more info on ordering yours! Dominic’s is one of the few food trucks selected to pilot a new program with @offthegridsf which allows them to use their order ahead system when we are at our own spots! It’s easy, just download the “OFF THE GRID EXPERIENCE” from either the APPLE APP store or GOOGLE PLAY store. Simply download the app, look for local food trucks in your area at their “FOOD SPOT”, order ahead and pick up! Easy! If you already have the app just open it up and you will see the “FOOD SPOT” of an eligible truck!
