Join Project Sentinel and San Mateo County Supervisor Dave Pine for a virtual workshop on landlord/tenant rent relief programs and resources for San Mateo County residents.
Attend this workshop to learn more about the local and state rules governing landlord/tenant issues and how to apply for rent relief.
When: Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

**Can’t attend your virtual workshop, but I have a question, can the landlord charge 10 pct. for late rent? I find it very harsh to people surviving in this pandemic.
