CA State Executive Order N-07-21 Rescinds Stay-at-home-order Issued March 19 2020

NOTE: California Governor Gavin Newsom has issued 58 COVID-related executive orders since the ‘2-week flatten the curve’ directives issued to help prevent the spreading of COVID-19. This executive order rescinds the ‘stay-at-home order’.  The Governor’s Office has stated additional executive orders will sunset in phases {CLICK HERE for more info}, noting by September 90% of the 58 orders should be rescinded. There is no mention of the additional 10% orders, or what they pertain to, or when they would cease.
