SUMMERHILL APARTMENT COMMUNITIES (988 El Camino Real) site of former South City Car Wash

A portion of Centennial Way Trail along Antoinette Lane south of Chestnut Avenue is closed. Pedestrian and bicycle detour signage is deployed noting a safe path of travel. Street parking is also restricted along Antoinette Lane south of Chestnut Avenue and is unavailable for the duration of construction.
Material deliveries are scheduled daily. Additional truck traffic is expected as trucks enter and exit the site. Work is scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
oadway restoration work continues along the project’s frontage on El Camino Real and Chestnut Avenue between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Work will result in the closure of the right turn lane along northbound El Camino Real at Chestnut Avenue in addition to single lane closures along Chestnut Avenue between El Camino Real and Antoinette Lane. Commuters can expect delays. Pedestrians are encouraged to use alternate routes. Please always follow signage and safety personnel instructions. Construction flaggers will be deployed to assist with traffic control.

CIVIC CAMPUS: LIBRARY, PARKS & RECREATION AND COMMUNITY THEATER / COUNCIL CHAMBER (1010 El Camino Real)

Utility installation work continues through early July along Antoinette Lane north of Chestnut Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac. Work will occur daily, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Antoinette Lane is reduced to a single lane and will be managed by construction flagmen as work is underway. Street parking is reduced due to construction; no parking signs are deployed along impacted sections. Work is phased to help minimize impacts. The sidewalk along the project frontage will always remain open. Please always follow signage and safety personnel instructions

 

ROEM DEVELOPMENTS -201-219 Grand Avenue & 418 Linden Avenue
418 Linden Avenue:
Utility installation work continues along Lux Avenue between Linden Avenue and Cypress Avenue (frontage of the project). Construction will result in a lane shift along Lux Avenue and impacts to parking in the general area. No parking signs will be deployed along impacted sections. Commuters can expect delays as work is underway and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
201 Grand Avenue:
Utility installation work is starting on Wednesday, June 23 along Cypress Avenue between 3rd Lane and Grand Avenue. Work will result in a lane shift along Cypress Avenue and impacts to parking along the project’s frontage. No parking signs will be deployed along impacted sections. Traffic control measures will remain in place until work is complete tentatively scheduled for the end of July. Commuters can expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Material deliveries continue daily, and additional truck traffic is expected from vehicles entering and exiting the site. Work is scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Construction flaggers will be deployed to assist with traffic control as needed

 

KILROY OYSTER POINT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT -379 Oyster Point Blvd.
Bay Trail users in the vicinity of the Kilroy Oyster Point Development/Marina are reminded of changes to the trail because of construction. The contractor has deployed signage noting a safe path of travel for trail users and those using the marina. The existing marina area must be closed to construct the new Bay Trail improvements. INFRASTRUCTURE FIBER PROJECT -Airport Boulevard between Baden Avenue southbound continuing on Produce Avenue to Terminal Court
Utility installation continues between Airport Boulevard and Baden Avenue, southbound Airport Boulevard through Produce Avenue, and ending at Terminal Court. The contractor is working between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. Single lane closures along Produce Avenue between San Mateo Avenue and Terminal Court are expected as work is underway. Commuters can expect delays.
INFRASTRUCTURE FIBER PROJECTAirport Boulevard between Baden Avenue and Grand Avenue
Utility installation resumes Monday, June 21 through Friday, June 25 along southbound Airport Boulevard between Baden Avenue and Grand Avenue. Due to the location of work and impacts to Airport Boulevard, the contractor is working between 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. to help minimize impacts to travel. Multiple lane closures along Airport Boulevard are expected as work is underway. Commuters can expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
