South San Francisco, CA July 12, 2021 by SSFPD

In attempts to ensure the upmost customer services to the public, the South San Francisco Police Department will be conducting necessary testing of critical infrastructure to our organization. As a result, on July 14th, 2021 (this Wednesday) at 6:00 am, the non-emergency phone number (650-877-8900) will be temporarily inoperable. The outage is scheduled to last five to ten minutes and will NOT affect any dedicated emergency telephone lines (via 9-1-1). Even though we selected a time for the testing that is least likely to affect the public, we apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
If you need to call the non-emergency line during this scheduled disruption and cannot get through, please wait several minutes, and try again.
If emergency assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to call 9-1-1.
Thank you for your understanding as we ensure systems are tested and working properly so we can continue to effectively serve the community.
