Join us at 7 Mile House’s 4th Annual Adobo Cook Off For A Cause, the most celebrated event during Filipino American History Month in October at 7 Mile!

The Adobo Cook-Off is an annual event at 7 Mile House which aims to raise funds for a non-profit community partner and showcase one of the most popular Filipino dishes: Adobo!

This year’s beneficiary is the Pistahan Parade & Festival, a yearly celebration of Filipino food and culture in San Francisco.

Contestants showcase their Adobo dish to be voted on by ticket holders on October 30, 11am-1pm. All contestants must be vaccinated.

Filipino Adobo refers to a method of marinating and stewing any cut of meat or fish in a briny mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, and spices.

Cost:

$25 (early bird) before Oct. 30, 2021

$30 day of event
