Brisbane Lunch Truck serves modern American comfort food: Classic feel-good meals with a fresh take. Our sandwiches are simultaneously familiar and surprising, and all come with house made chips and a cookie. Our soups are always made fresh and change daily. We make our own vegan burger from scratch. Our Mid-Week Dinners To Go are complete meals, ready to pick up Tue-Thu late afternoons.
We accept credit cards and touchless payment methods like apple/google pay, and we sell gift cards on our website and at the truck window. We offer special sandwiches/burgers daily.
We’re located at 3501 Bayshore Blvd., in the park and ride at the intersection of Bayshore and Tunnel Road. While much of our business is take-out, we have a dine-in patio for guests.

Our most requested entree is available Fridays from 3:30 to closing time. This pot pie will be served a la carte, but you can add on a side salad and/or soup of the day for $5 each.
