Belmont Police are asking for your help in locating David Boggs, a 71 year old man, who was last seen around 11:30am on 12/31/21 in the Hallmark neighborhood. David is described as a white male, about 5’08”, 150 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green hat, green jacket, kahki pants, tan shoes. he suffers from dementia and walks with a noticeable limp. If you see David please call 911 or notify Belmont PD immediately.
