SSFPD Media Release: Animal Cruelty

On January 6, 2022, around 8:20 pm, South San Francisco Police Officers responded to Orange Memorial Park on the report of a deceased dog. Officers learned the 8-month-old Husky had escaped from it’s owners on the 800 block of Antoinette Lane, but was later found deceased near Memorial Drive. The dog appeared to have been struck by some type of object, but at this point in the investigation, it is unknown if it was accidental or intentional. Witnesses reported seeing a newer model Toyota 4-Runner leaving the area with an unknown number of occupants. Find them please!!!! That dog needs justice
