She graduated from El Camino High School and the College of San Mateo. Linda was very athletic and played for the Women’s National Volleyball Association for several years and was a tournament racquetball player. Linda loved to walk, hike, golf, garden, read, travel to Hawaii, and volunteer. She enjoyed and supported all of her Bay Area sports teams.

Linda worked for and retired from Local 483 Sprinkler Fitters JAC as an Apprenticeship Administrator for 35 years. She loved her job and was very active in supporting education, employment and labor union law. She was recognized for helping and optimizing employment opportunities for apprentices.

Linda is survived by her sisters Francine Loeffler, Royanna Gazlay (late David), Michelle Foley (Michael) and brother Kevin Loeffler (Teri). Her nieces, nephews and greats: Kellie Gianini (Husband Jon & children Dominic & Sophia), Megan Foley, Mitchell Foley (Mallorie), Lisa Gottschalk (son Paul); Tony Loeffler (Wife Alyssa & baby Jack), David Gazlay Jr. and many cousins. She is predeceased by her Father Roy and Mother Ada.

Linda will be remembered for her compassion, ability to listen, and always lending a helping hand. Most of all, she will be remembered for her love of country, love and loyalty to friends, family (especially her nieces and nephews) and neighbors. Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A private, family Memorial Mass will be held and a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please raise a glass, share a laugh, do a kind deed, hug your loved ones. She loved coffee, so buy a cup for a stranger on Linda. Please share your memories and pictures of Linda via the on-line memorial CLICK HERE.
