Every year in the first block of Del Monte where it meets with El Campo someone shoots off fireworks on the 4th that go high into the sky. Every year for many years! It terrifies us that the spent fireworks will land on dry grass and start a fire, and our dogs huddle next to us in fear. Fireworks are illegal in SSF for good reasons. I wish people would be more considerate of their neighbors and the community.
