SMC Alert – San Mateo County’s Alert System
The San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management is advising the entire community that an above average heat event will be taking place through the Labor Day Weekend. High heat can can be harmful especially to very young children, older individuals and those with medical sensitivities. Pets can be harmed by heat as well.
