SSF Parks and Recreation Announces NEW Paradise Valley Kids Club

The South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce a FREE* new program at Paradise Valley Recreation Center.

The Paradise Valley Recreation Center was previously leased to the Boys & Girls Club. When the Boys & Girls Club voluntarily ended its lease to consolidate the programs previously offered here at the West Orange Clubhouse, the City sought out ways the building could be utilized to serve the community.

Thus the Kids’ Club was born! Kids’ Clubs are classes that will be held once a week from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Baseball 101 is currently being offered every Monday and additional classes are currently being developed for the winter 2023 session.

What PVRC Kids’ Club is:

  • Afterschool enrichment classes.
  • Committed to providing educational opportunities to children.
  • Fully or partially funded for those who qualify (*scholarships are happily available!)

Class:

  • Class: Baseball 101
  • Class code: PV-106
  • Dates: November 7 – December 12
  • Time: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
