The San Francisco Wine School was founded in 2011 by David Glancy who started his career as a dishwasher and busboy at the young age of 15.  He then continued in the restaurant industry, including management with world-renowned establishments. One memorable experience was serving Muhammad Ali when he managed a restaurant in Macau, China!

From there nothing could stop his continued desire to learn more leading him to be one of twelve people in the world to have both credentials of a Master Sommelier AND Certified Wine Educator.
