South City’s own Chef Ava Romero will be hosting a live cooking demonstration and Bill Hutton’s Chocolate Mousse Competition Memorial at the San Mateo County Fair this year.
Saturday, June 3rd, 3-5 pm:
Chef Ava Marie will host a live cooking demonstration at the San Mateo County Fair at the culinary arts demonstration stage: On the menu is vegan sweet potato gnocchi with Omnipork bolognese sauce.
Friday, June 9th, 3-5 pm:
Chef Ava Marie will join others to pay tribute to Chef Bill Hutton in the Bill Hutton Memorial Great Chocolate Mousse competition. Ava will join two other culinary experts to judge chocolate mousse recipes. Prizes are Williams-Sonoma gift cards for 1st and 2nd place and a Tabitha Brown Pot Holder set for the 3rd place winner.
