FATTORIA e MARE DEBUTS ITS FOUR-COURSE, FALL DINNER MENU FEATURING SEVERAL HALF MOON BAY PUMPKIN & FALL HARVEST INGREDIENTS
Half Moon Bay’s newest coastal dining ristorante celebrates fall with a new seasonal menu
Fattoria e Mare, Half Moon Bay’s newest Italian ristorante, has just introduced Chef Pablo Estrada’s new autumn menu, which features such delicacies as fresh-from-the-sea and farms Burrata with Kabocha Squash, Pumpkin Seeds, and Pumpkin Oil; Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage; Squash Spaghetti with Mussels, Italian Sausage, White Wine and Tomato; Lamb Chop or Muscovy Duck Breast with Winter Squash and Chimichurri; and Local Halibut with Pumpkin Sauce, White Beans, and Succotash. For the dessert course, Fattoria e Mare is offering Pumpkin Flan with Caramel or Apple Pumpkin Cobbler.
Making its debut right in time for all of the season’s pumpkin and fall vegetable offerings, Fattoria e Mare’s (aforementioned) Fall Prix Fixe Menu is a highlight of Chef Estrada’s most seasonal menu items and is priced at $75 per person. There is a wine pairing menu as well as special fall cocktails, which include Pumpkin Pie Martini; Pumpkin Old Fashioned; Pumpkin Mule.
In addition to the aforementioned dishes, Fattoria e Mare’s dinner menu also features such seasonal and locally-sourced specialties as Grilled Whole Branzino; Bucatini Cacio e Pepe; County Line Harvest Beets; Capicollo; Burrata Affumicata; Spanish Octopus; Local Dungeness Crab Cioppino; and more.
