RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, ID THEFT & DRUG ARREST – Today our officers received a Flock Alert on a vehicle involved in a package theft and residential burglary, which occurred in our city almost two weeks ago. They located the vehicle unoccupied in the rear parking lot of a local hotel. Surveillance was conducted and they eventually contacted a 31 year old male from Sacramento.
The male was found to have three outstanding felony warrants for numerous theft related offenses and to be on probation for Identity Theft. The male was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine, methamphetamine, ID Theft Indicia, and the stolen property from our residential burglary. The male was arrested and transported to the San Mateo County Jail.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY / DRUG POSSESSION ARREST – On Wednesday evening, our officers responded to South San Francisco High School on the report of an alarm activation. As they were checking the campus , officers contacted a 33 year old male from South San Francisco shortly after he exited one of the buildings. The suspect was found to be on probation for commercial burglary and was previously arrested for burglarizing another high school in December of 2022. The suspect was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently arrested for burglary, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and was booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Great job with the quick response and investigation Graveyard!
