South San Francisco, CA October 11, 2023 Press Release
On October 9, 2023, at approximately 11:12 pm, South San Francisco Police and Fire Department personnel were dispatched to the 200 block of Hillside Boulevard on the report of a male subject who had been shot in the leg. The victim was determined to have sustained a gunshot wound to his lower
leg and was transported to the San Francisco General Hospital.
The robbery involved two suspects who exited a black vehicle and demanded the victim’s money. During the incident, the front passenger shot the victim in the leg with a firearm.
The suspects were described as light-skinned male adults wearing black clothing.
The South San Francisco Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau is conducting further
investigation.
