“Really proud of my Dad. He is one of three individuals that SF General Hospital is presenting the Heroes and Hearts award to. In 1975 my Dad was hit by a drunk driver and SF General is the reason he is still here today. 2013 marked our 30th Toy Run which brings toys for the pediatric patients whose families otherwise would not be able to afford gifts. With the help of all of our amazing customers, we’ve been able to put many smiles on lots of young faces. Thank you General for keeping my Dad on Earth. Thank you to any one who has joined us on one of our Toy Runs. Thank you Dad for being you.”
