AVOID THE 23

The Avoid the 23 DUI Task Force will be kicked off tomorrow evening 6pm at the MSB (33 Arroyo) Come listen to Assemblyman Jerry Hill, MADD, SFPD, CHP, and other law agencies discuss AB 1601 (Assembly Bill 1601) which Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed back in 2010 and goes into effect Jan 2012. The purpose of this bill is to allocate funding for DUI ckpts & get to work to get 10,000 repeat DUI offenders off the roads next year by increasing license suspension time. (short version)
