El Camino High School will be hosting its SIXTH Annual Elegant Evening Ball on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the South San Francisco Conference Center. During the past few years our school budget has been drastically reduced, impacting our ability to provide resources for our students.
We are asking our community’s help once again. By becoming a SPONSOR of the Ball, your company’s name will be listed in our school newsletter, which is distributed to over 1500 El Camino families, as well as
appear in our Elegant Evening Ball’s Program.

You are cordially invited to attend El Camino High School’s Sixth Annual Elegant Evening Ball on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the South San Francisco Conference Center. Your support will provide the school with NEEDED funds for the academic, athletic, art and music programs.
Our school has been an important part of South San Francisco’s community for over 50 years and we are proud of our accomplishments. Academically we are stronger than ever; we have stellar music and dance programs; our athletic teams are a force to be reckoned with and most importantly, our students are graduating and moving on to college or vocational schools and bringing back so much to our South San Francisco community.
Our evening will begin at 6:00pm with No Host Cocktails while we enjoy El Camino’s Jazz Band and you have the opportunity to brows our Silent Auction. This will be followed by Dinner and a performance by our Advanced Dance Students. Our evening then trul begins with a Live Auction, followed by dancing until midnight to a Live Band. A photographer will be on-site to help you commemorate the evening.
We all have a vested interest in making sure our children are given the foundation necessary to succeed in life. We thank you, in advance, for both your donation and your commitment to our school and our students.
