Green Bridges for Animal Safety

FYI, a dead coyote on the 280 southbound to 380 under crossing. A big coyote'
We've had discussion on here before about 'green bridges', such as this one in Germany pictured below. This would have been a good use for the old bridge that was torn down over Hillside to bridge San Bruno Mtn and Sign Hill. LIKE if you think green bridges are a good idea - especially as our human population continues to grow here.

We had some news from an ESC friend, “FYI, a dead coyote on the 280 southbound to 380 under crossing. A big coyote”

We’ve had discussion on our Facebook page before about ‘green bridges’, such as this one in Germany pictured above.  This would have been a good use for the old bridge that was torn down over Hillside to bridge San Bruno Mtn and Sign Hill. That bridge had been ruled unsafe for pedestrians and was torn down last year.

More than 75 of our friends on Facebook agreed green bridges are a good idea. Something our city planners should keep in mind, especially as our human population continues to grow here.
