Please help get the word out of this missing woman from Oakland. Mary Messier was en route to Visalia via bus & train with her 2 small dogs. She is deaf and does not wear a hear aid. She has not been seen since she left Oakland and her family is reaching out to all communities for help. Please help get the word out so we can see her reunited with her family.
