SCAMPINI FAMILY HISTORY – Lois Scampini, born and raised in South San Francisco, is an attorney in the city of San Mateo, and she will be our guest speaker at the June meeting. She will tell the Scampini Family History. Her father, Herman, born in Italy, operated a service station in town, while her mother, Josephine, raised two children: Lois and younger brother Herman, Jr. The Scampinis lived on Magnolia Avenue and had wonderful neighbors, including the Germanos, Armaninos, Angelinis, Barsantis, Roccas, Maffeis, Rodondis and Cerratos…to name a few.
