SSFPD Media Release: Vehicle Burglary

On July 15th 2014, at approximately 1251pm, an unknown suspect broke into  a vehicle parked on the  700 block of Stonegate Drive. The suspect smashed the vehicle’s front passenger side window,  reached inside and stole the victim’s purse. The  purse contained a substantial amount of cash and the victim’s credit cards. The suspect fled the scene on foot.

 

The suspect was described as a black male adult, between 18 to 25 year sold, with a slender build, approximately 5’09” to 6′ tall, 150  lbs, brown eyes, wearing a black hoodie, black beanie, blue jeans and whites shoes.

 

The suspect was seen loitering in the area a few hours prior to  the incident and immediately after the incident. If you have any suspect information or notice any suspicious subjects in your neighborhood, please contact the police department immediately at 650-877-8900.
