SF United Youth Soccer League has a goal to play in Barcelona

My name is Vanessa Guandique and I am the manager for SSF Barcelona U15. The team is part of South San Francisco Youth Soccer League that has 13 recreational teams ranging from 6 – 10 year olds and 20 competitive teams 9 – 16 year olds. South San Francisco United Youth Soccer League SSF United is a non-profit providing a full range of soccer services to the South San Francisco and surrounding areas.

We are very proud of our achievements, on-field success, and the hard work of many volunteers connected with the league. Our goal is to provide players of all skills and abilities an opportunity to learn the game of soccer along with other kids their age.

Although the league is made-up of volunteers, there are many expenses connected with running the League and each independent team individually. This is why we rely for funding solely on our own fundraising events. Some of the kids do not return due to lack of resources such as registration funds, uniforms, shin guards, cleats, tournaments fees, summer and winter season indoors futsal fees, and equipment that can be costly.

It is why I’m reaching out to you the community. I would like to send the boys of Barcelona U15 to Youth Indoor Soccer Leagues to more competitive areas. We do hope that this is something you are willing to consider.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your consideration. “Remember let’s Keep our kids out of streets and in the fields”
