South San Francisco, CA May 18, 2015 Submitted by Mike Pizzo
South San Francisco A.C. men’s soccer team recently completed their 2014-15 Peninsula Soccer League season, as they were knocked out of the Umberto Abronzino PSL Cup at the Quarterfinal level. The season ended with the team compiling a record of 8-13-1.
The club now enters the off season and will return to training in mid July as they prepare for the start of a new year in early September. The team will be actively looking for players, and anyone interested is encouraged to contact the club through its web site at www.ssfac.org. We will be looking for experienced players who have played at a high level or have college experience. All inquiries will be answered.
We wish to thank our friends and supporters, and the SSF Unified School District for their assistance in providing El Camino High School for the team’s home games this season. It is a beautiful facility and we look forward to returning there again in the fall.
A special Thank You goes to Everything South City for their continued support and providing our team with an opportunity to reach out to our community with news and information about SSFAC. We certainly appreciate it.
Looking forward to the new season in the fall……follow us on ESC FB page and the at team’s web site.
