In order to allow time for all members of the public who would like to speak before the Commissioners on the rate design proposals to do so, those offering public comment on this item at the Voting Meeting on June 25, 2015, will not be granted time to repeat their comments again at the July 3, 2015, meeting, in accordance with the CPUC’s rules for public comment. There will be time and opportunity for public comment before the beginning of the meeting on July 3, 2015, for those who are not able to participate on June 25, 2015.
There are two rate reform proposals before the Commissioners for consideration. The Proposed Decision is available at on this link CLICK HERE The Alternate Proposed Decision of Commissioner Mike Florio is available via this link CLICK HERE.
Please note that July 3, 2015, is not a state holiday and the CPUC will be open for business as usual. The date was chosen so that the Commissioners could consider the rate design proposals at the earliest possible date following the June 25, 2015, Voting Meeting, rather than waiting until the next regularly scheduled Voting Meeting on July 23, 2015.
