At approximately 0017 hours on October 10, 2015, South San Francisco Police Officers responded to the area of Poletti Way and East Grand Avenue on the report of a solo vehicle collision. When officers arrived on scene, they located the driver of the vehicle unconscious behind the wheel. The driver was eventually woken and found to be intoxicated to the point he could not perform standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to a local hospital for precautionary measures where he was eventually cleared and released. He was then arrested for driving under the influence and booked into the San Mateo County Jail. The driver was identified as a San Mateo resident Emmanuel Dominguez-Guzman, who is unemployed.
