South San Francisco Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Shawnterra Moore and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson at the 2016 Title I Conference a few minutes before Dr. Moore’s Keynote Speech.
Dr. Shawnterra Moore, Superintendent of South San Francisco Unified School District, is attending the California’s 2016 Title I Conference ‘Navigating the Way for California’s Future’ in Los Angeles this week. Tom Torlakson, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, was the first speaker at the conference and was followed by Dr. Moore’s keynote speech on the subject ‘Cultivating Equity and a High-Quality School Culture’ which was well received.
“I am very excited to have been given this amazing opportunity and honor” Dr. Moore said. “I am proud to have highlighted the great work of our students, staff, and the families of our District.”
