San Mateo Rotary Club Invites Runners to 8th Annual FUN RUN October 23rd

5K/10K FUN RUN/WALK AT 9 A.M. ON SUNDAY, OCT. 23, 2016

We’d like to invite folks to sign-up for the 8th annual San Mateo Rotary Fun Run community event that raises money for student scholarships. The race takes place on the Bay Trail at Seal Point Park in San Mateo on Sunday October 23, 2106. The 5K and 10K start together at 9:00 AM

$30 to register!
All runners will receive the famous Rotary Fun Run t-shirt and goody bag! The Kid’s Run is free but does not include a t-shirt or goody bag – however, finishers will receive a medal. Although this is a Fun Run we are using timing chips.

Free kid’s run this year will be run at approximately 10:00 am, or whenever a majority of runners are off the course. Kid’s run does not include a t-shirt.

Race is run rain or shine.

Plenty of parking at site — but you are encouraged to carpool.

Although this is a Fun Run, we WILL be using timing chips, but the course is not USTAF certified. Strollers and pets please start in the back.

From Downtown San Mateo:

4th Ave. EAST across 101

4th Ave. become J. Hart Clinton Drive. Seal Point Park is on the LEFT just after Ryder Park.

From Hwy 101:

Exit 3rd Ave—Go EAST

3rd Ave. becomes J. Hart Clinton Drive. Seal Point Park is on the LEFT just after Ryder Park
