SamTrans Customer Experience Online Survey Needs Your Input

South San Francisco, CA    February 27, 2017  Submitted by Sonny Koya, CAC Member at SamTrans

Starting today SamTrans will launch an online survey directed at present, past and potentially future SamTrans riders. Input collected from this very important outreach will impact the bus company’s future plans for providing better service. This survey will influence the next SamTrans Service Plan (SSP.)

This survey would take about ten (10) minutes. Fifteen minutes at the most. I personally urge everyone who can to participate in this important survey.

This is an opportune time to give SamTrans a feedback, especially those folks who were impacted in the last service changes in 2013 would participate.

To reach the survey CLICK HERE. The survey is available in both English and Spanish and needs to be completed by Sunday March 19th. Please see more information below.

Thank you.

FROM THE LINK:

SamTrans is seeking input from our riders, former riders and future riders regarding their experience with its service. The responses to the questionnaire will help the agency identify short-, mid- and long- range improvements. In addition to service related questions, demographics will also be asked to address equity concerns.

Children under 13 years of age must have permission from a Parent or Legal Guardian to participate in the survey.

Please complete this survey by Sunday, March 19. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. All the information provided is confidential and the report will be an aggregate of the data. Respondents who wish to enter a drawing to win one of five SamTrans Monthly passes will need to provide contact information that will be used only to contact the winners. You will also be asked if you have an interest in participating in a focus group at a later date to be determined.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, contact Julian Jest at marketresearch@samtrans.com.

Thank you for your participation.
