Today the California State Assembly held its Woman of the Year Ceremony. I was extremely proud to recognize South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce CEO, Maria Martinucci. Maria’s boundless energy and enthusiasm is contagious and reflected in the many events she has organized as well as the strong relationships she has built with local/county leaders and of course, local business owners over the years.
In her first year as Chamber CEO, she took Chamber finances from red to black and has significantly increased Chamber membership during her tenure. As someone who served on the Chamber Board when Maria was hired I know how deeply committed she is to the Chamber and to the City of South San Francisco.
