On Friday afternoon at approximately 2:28 p.m., a male subject entered a gas station convenience store on the 2300 block of Westborough Boulevard. The suspect brandished a crowbar at the clerk, demanded money from the register and robbed the cashier.. The suspect stole an undetermined amount of money and fled the scene in a vehicle. The suspect and vehicle were last seen traveling westbound on Westborough Boulevard. The employee was not injured during the robbery.
The suspect was described as a Latin male adult, approximately 30 to 40 years of age, 5’7″ tall, heavy set. He was wearing a black jacket with a “SF 49er” logo on the back, a black hooded sweatshirt, black t-shirt, blue jeans, and black athletic shoes.
The vehicle was described as a beige or gray four-door Mercedes Benz sport utility vehicle. There were no license plates on the vehicle.

On Saturday morning at approximately 2:34 A.M., officers from the Pacifica Police Department contacted a subject they believed to be the suspect in a robbery that took place at a gas station in South San Francisco earlier in the day. The subject was also believed to have committed attempted robberies in Daly City and San Bruno.
The suspect, identified as 36 year-old Daly City resident/ construction worker Joel Terrell, was positively identified by several victims as being involved in the robberies. Terrell was ultimately placed under arrest and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on multiple counts of robbery and attempted robbery and held on $125.000 bail.
