On Thursday March 16th at 7:44 p.m. a male suspect entered the Togos Restaurant located on the 100 block of South Airport Boulevard, South San Francisco and ordered food. When the employee placed the suspect’s food order on the counter and told him the price of the food, the suspect became angry, picked up the food and left the restaurant without paying. Employees followed the suspect to his vehicle, while telling him he had to pay for his food.
The suspect placed the food in his vehicle and walked back towards the front of the restaurant, where an employee was standing. The suspect tackled the employee to the ground, resulting in the employee sustaining a minor injury. The suspect then fled the area northbound towards South Airport Boulevard in his vehicle.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult between the ages of 30 and 35 years old, with a ba]d head, medium complexion, approximately 6′ tall with a slender build, approximately 140 lbs. The suspect’s vehicle is described as an older model gray color four door Audi. There is no further suspect information at this time.
