On May 2nd a dedicated volunteer team made up of Google employees from YouTube descended upon Safe Harbor Shelter in South San Francisco with the purpose giving our facility a fresh new appearance. The team of 18 painted and organized our office and administration area giving it a fresh new appearance. In addition all the necessary supplies were paid for!
Chief Operating Officer Laura Bent said, ” The upkeep and aesthetic look and feel of the shelter is critical to supporting the mental health of our clients because they can better focus on their inner health in an environment that looks and feels clean and healthy. Thank you, YouTube for helping us provide our clients with an environment that they can feel is respectable and clean.”

“Yay! My office turned out FABULOUSLY! Thanks Google!” says Julie Haller
