The #SSF Housing Authority is currently accepting pre-applications for a public housing wait list.
Pre-Applications will be accepted, in-person only, from July 17 – July 21 at the SSF Housing Authority Office at 350 C. Street. There is a maximum family income limit of $84,300 for a 1 bedroom unit, $105,350 for a 2 bedroom unit, $122,250 for a 3 bedroom unit and $139,100 for a 4 bedroom unit.

76 Chestnut Ave: Chestnut Creek Senior Housing is a 40 unit low income housing apartment community in South San Francisco.
433 Alida Drive: Rotary Plaza is a 181 unit low income housing apartment community in South San Francisco.
77 Westborough Blvd: Fairway Apartments is a 74 unit low income housing apartment community in South San Francisco.
Some or all apartments in these above communities are rent subsidized, which means rent is income based. More info on the link CLICK HERE
